This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website www.truecold.io.

It does not govern the TrueCold platform. Subscription to our software and any related services is governed exclusively by the Master SaaS Agreement, the applicable Order Form or Statement of Work, and the Data Processing Agreement. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here forms part of those contracts.

By browsing this website you accept this notice. If you don't accept it, please stop using the site.

2. Using this website

You may browse this website and download published materials for your own internal evaluation.

You may not:

• scrape, mirror, frame or systematically extract content from the site;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to access source code, except where that restriction cannot be excluded by law;
• interfere with the site, its security, or other users' access to it;
• use the site unlawfully, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.

Contractual commitments — including any statement about functionality, service levels, regulatory support or validation — exist only where they appear in a signed Master SaaS Agreement or Order Form. Website and marketing content is not a warranty, and is not a substitute for your own validation and quality-system decisions.

This website does not publish prices; plans are quoted on request. Where any price or figure is shown, it is stated exclusive of Value Added Tax (IVA) and any other applicable taxes, duties or withholdings, unless expressly indicated otherwise.
